At Keep Wine Cool we strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. In the unlikely event that you encounter any questions or other problems, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
Wine coolers are often heavier and more fragile, which means that they cannot be used with regular delivery services. At Keep Wine Cool we work together with carriers who specialize in this and deliver the order at a delivery time specified by you. This way you can be sure that your new wine climate cabinet will be delivered to you with care at a time that suits you (delivery up to the first threshold).
After you have placed your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a delivery time with our carrier. The delivery time depends on whether a product is in stock. The website always states whether the item is in stock and what the expected delivery time is. If the item is in stock, you will often receive your order within a few days. If you want to be sure of the availability of a product and the delivery time, please contact us. We are happy to help you.
Within the Netherlands and Belgium we charge standard no shipping costs. For all other European shipments, we ask for a contribution to the shipping costs. These shipping costs differ per country.
